Drive-By Appraisal - $250+

2-4 Unit Properties (Full Appraisal)

2 Unit - $550+

3 Unit - $600+

4 Unit - $650+

Desktop Appraisal (No physical inspection) - $150+

​

* All fees are base fees.  Fees may be higher based on the complexity and/or size of the property.

* Trip fees may be charged for properties located outside of Metro San Diego.
